Privacy
BillAnswers has no accounts, no forms that store your data, and no advertising trackers. The calculator runs only in your browser; nothing you type is sent to us.
What we collect
- No accounts, no sign-ups and no cookies set by us.
- The true-cost calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to us or stored.
- If you email us, we keep your message to answer it and to keep the complaint records Texas rules require of electricity brokers (two years).
What our web host receives
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives technical data such as your IP address and browser type when you load a page, to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks.
Sharing
We do not sell or share information that identifies you. Texas rules for electricity brokers (16 TAC 25.486(j)) forbid releasing a client's identifying information without written permission, and we follow that rule.
