How we get paid, and who we are
BillAnswers is run by PRIMEZEN LLC, a Texas company. Today no electricity or internet provider pays us; if that changes, this page will say who pays us and how before any paid link appears.

What we do
We publish plain explanations of Texas electricity plans, bills and consumer rules, in English and Spanish. We do not sell electricity. We cannot switch your provider, and we never will without your authorization.
How we are paid, and by whom
Today, no electricity provider, internet provider or marketplace pays us. If that changes, this page will name every company that pays us and how (for example, a one-time fee per electricity enrollment or internet order, or an ongoing amount based on your electricity usage) before any paid link appears on the site. Every paid link is also marked "(paid link)" right next to it. Payment never decides the order in which we list providers. You never pay us anything.
Agreements and cancellation
There is no agreement between you and BillAnswers, so there is nothing to cancel and no cancellation fee.
